Special Guest Alison

So, I am currently on Winter Break from school.  I’m devoting myself to working on the podcast, and I’m beside myself with happiness with my guest for the next two episodes.  Alison Rutledge. In addition to being a brilliant professor of English, Alison and I grew up across the street from each other.  She is a wonderful font of knowledge, and was generous enough to come on the podcast and talk about Vernon Lee, which was planned, and also all about a poem novel by Elizabeth Barrett Browning, which was unplanned and delightful.

Here we are, discussing Aurora Leighand Jane Eyre, and Victorian Bernie Bros, and all sorts of other things.
